Damien Eyries

DAMIEN EYRIÈS

Chief Executive Officer

Damien Eyriès is Chief Executive Officer of Rely. He started his career in Axens and joined Technip in 2006 as a start-up and commissioning engineer. Over the past 15 years he has held a variety of different roles including Project Management, Business Unit Management in Europe, Middle East and Asia.

Prior to being appointed as CEO of Rely, Damien was Vice-President of the Green Hydrogen Value Chain Business Unit for Technip Energies.

He holds a master's degree from IFP School and Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines in Nancy.

SÉBASTIEN ROUSSEL

SÉBASTIEN ROUSSEL

Chief Operating Officer

Sébastien Roussel is Chief Operating Officer of Rely and a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of experience. Throughout his career he led over 800 employees globally to serve the Metals Business Line and Surface Treatment Business Line and was a member of the John Cockerill Group Executive Committee. Sébastien held various leadership positions at John Cockerill, including Senior Project Manager, CFO of John Cockerill Energy (USA) and COO of John Cockerill Industry (BE).

Prior to becoming COO at Rely, Sébastien was CEO - Sector President at John Cockerill Industry (BE). He also held the position of Chairman of the Board at John Cockerill India Ltd and Vice Chairman of the Board at Cockerill Engineering Beijing, China.

He holds a master’s degree in business engineering from HEC Liège.

 PHILIPPE DORLENCOURT

PHILIPPE DORLENCOURT

Chief Financial Officer

Philippe Dorlencourt is Chief Financial Officer of Rely. With over 25 years of experience in finance and business leadership, Philippe Dorlencourt began his career at Technip in 2009. Until recently, Philippe was Vice-President of Global Business Services, responsible for the strategic development of the program, the Global Shared Services Centre in India and the implementation of continuous improvement plans. He oversaw the expansion of the model across countries and new functions, driving process alignment and cost reductions. Prior to this, he served as CFO for the North America and Middle East regions for Technip.

Before joining Technip, he held the position of Financial Controller at Poweo followed by Auditor Senior for Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.

Philippe holds two master's degrees in engineering from Ecole Centrale de Lyon and IFP School and has extensive experience in financial management, control and reporting, project management and process improvement.

FABIO GOJ

FABIO GOJ

General Counsel

Fabio Goj is General Counsel of Rely. A French qualified lawyer with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, he began his career in the UK where he worked for five years in oil and gas contracts and operations. In 2013 Fabio joined Technip Energies where he took on several roles within the Compliance organization and was eventually appointed as the Chief Compliance Officer of TechnipFMC in 2020. As CCO, he oversaw the Compliance organization during the biggest part of TechnipFMC and then Technip Energies self-monitorship.

In 2022 he was appointed as VP Legal – Strategic Transactions, a newly created position aimed at supporting Technip Energies in its investments and M&A activities in support of the Energy Transition. In this capacity, he was involved in the negotiations between Technip Energies and John Cockerill for the set-up of Rely.

Fabio holds a Master's degree in Space and Telecommunications Law from Paris XI University.

BERTRAND CHUPIN

BERTRAND CHUPIN

Chief Commercial Officer

Bertrand Chupin is Chief Commercial Officer of Rely and has more than 24 years experience in the energy industry. He joined Technip Energies in 2010 in Singapore and has held various senior management positions in Project Management, Sales and Business Development. For six years he was the President of the T.EN Loading Systems business, leading supplier of fluid transfer systems with its manufacturing plant based in Sens, France.  Prior to becoming CCO at Rely, Bertrand was Green Hydrogen Joint Venture Chief Officer.

Bertrand started his career at TotalEnergies in various countries such as the USA, Iran, France, Norway before moving onto Galp Energia in Portugal.

Bertrand has a Mechanical Engineering MSc and a Master's in Petroleum Engineering from the French Petroleum Institute (IFP School). He also received an executive education program at INSEAD.

CLAIRE HENAUT

Strategy and Sustainability Director

Claire Hénaut is the Strategy and Sustainability Director of Rely. She began her career at Technip in 1996 as a mechanical engineer and then as estimating engineer on several large-scale projects. In 2012 she was appointed as Head of Cost Control & Engineering Department.

Claire led a transformational project for the Paris Operating Center before leading the EMIA region strategic plan definition and deployment. In September 2019 she was appointed as Project Director in charge of TechnipFMC spin-off leading to the creation of Technip Energies in January 2021.

Prior to joining Rely Claire was in charge of a strategic partnership development in the Green Hydrogen business line.

Claire holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ecole Centrale Nantes (ECN) and an MSc in Mechanics from the University of Nantes.

JEAN JOUET

JEAN JOUET

Chief Technology Officer

Jean Jouet is Chief Technology Officer of Rely. With over 32 years of experience in the steel industry, he has held various positions in R&D, production and support functions including plant director in different countries such as France, Belgium, Spain and Ukraine, where he served as Managing Director of the country for Arcelor Mittal. He also served as COO Europe for NLMK flat products for two years. Since 2012 he has been a member of the Executive Committee and CTO of John Cockerill Group.

Jean Jouet has also been actively involved in external activities including serving as an auditor at the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) for two years. He followed the cycle 7 of the Institut des Hautes Etudes de l'Entreprise (IHEE) in France and is currently the President of MECATECH, a competitiveness cluster in the Walloon Region and a board member of A-SPIRE, a European organization of process industries in a public-private partnership with the European Commission, named after 'Process4Planet.'

Jean holds master's degree from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines in Nancy.

LAURA PEREIRA NETO

LAURA PEREIRA NETO

Marketing and Communications Director

Laura Pereira Neto is the Marketing and Communications Director for Rely. She has a wealth of experience in the field, having started her career in 2013 as an Internal Corporate Communications and Event Project Officer for Technip Energies in France and Brazil. In 2016 she continued in Corporate Communications services, this time in the Public Relations and Digital team, where she managed all external platforms and was responsible for crisis communication. 

In 2018 Laura joined the EMIA Region of TechnipFMC as Internal Communication Manager. Since 2019 she was the Head of Communications for the Paris Operating Center for Technip Energies, overseeing internal and external communication for different countries such as France, Spain, Russia and Mozambique.

Laura holds a Master's degree in Communication from INSEEC Business School and has completed an Executive Education program in Business Strategy, Change Management and Leadership at INSEAD.

ALEXANDRA PEES

HR Manager

Alexandra Pees is HR Manager for Rely. She has multi-context HR experiences, having started her career in 2016 as Associate HR Manager for a strategic transformation for General Mills Supply Chain in Europe and Australia. She then continued as HRBP for Haägen-Daz in Europe and Latin America to bring HR support for global refresh of the brand offer, franchise strategy leading to bring back growth and profitability. Early 2020 Alexandra became HR Shared Services manager in France for General Mills to stabilize and accelerate HR model transformation locally.

In 2021 Alexandra joined Technip Energies as Head of HRBPs for Paris Office (2000 employees), she focused on increasing trust and efficiency to reinforce HR and managers partnerships. Since early 2023 she also took over 'The Wellbeing at Work Team' to reinforce synergies with HRBP to increase psychological safety and prevent PSR.

Alexandra holds a master’s degree in management from EMLYON Business School and has completed an Executive Education program in Business Strategy, Change Management and Leadership at INSEAD.
